Very comfortable, spacious with a surface of 70 m2, contemporary-style renovated.

- On the ground floor you will find the living room with the kitchen, a toilet and a laundry room (washing machine). It opens onto a terrace with a view of the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave.

- Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds. The headboards are decorated with handmade Catalan fabrics from the "toiles du soleil". The bathroom (flat shower) and toilet are separate. The laundry room offers additional storage for your luggage.

- The flowered garden is private and not overlooked. It is equipped with a table and chairs, a parasol, 4 sunbeds and a barbecue. You can enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside. It is located in one of the buildings of the farmhouse and adjoins the Força Réal gîte.

The swimming 12m x 6m pool is open to all gîtes from june to september, depending on the weather.
